Crystals and wood are natural items and are expected to have imperfections (shapes, indentations, color, etc.)  Items purchased will not always be an exact replica of the images on our website.  Crystals/stones characteristics cannot be duplicated.  Therefore, each stone will possess its own characteristics in appearance.
